30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this time, we will not accept returns. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, stained, broken, or missing parts.

 

What should I do?

To initiate a return, first contact us and explain the reason, send us photos so we can assess the situation.

Please wait for our response. Returns will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on certain items such as soaps, candles, and sale or clearance items.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you at the email address you provided. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. We are not responsible for losses in the postal service.

Once we receive your returned order, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
