You have 30 days to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, stained, broken or missing parts.

Certain items not eligible for returns include soaps, candles, sale or clearance items.

Please email us before returning the item and wait for a response. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. We are not responsible for losses in the postal service.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item, without providing any reason. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise this right, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires. Once we receive your request, we will process your return and issue a full refund promptly.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for withdrawal under EU law. We recommend reaching out to us directly if you have any questions about your specific order.
