How We Process Orders

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. During peak seasons (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), they are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Custom orders may take 3 to 4 weeks to create and ship, as they are pre-ordered and require preparation time.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We use the USPS and offer three shipping options: Economy, Standard, and Priority (your choice).

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can verify it by mail.

Please double-check your name, mailing address, and email address are correct in your account. The order will be sent to the person and address you provided.

International Shipping

Please contact us before placing your order, as we do not ship to all countries. We are gradually adding more countries, so if you are interested in our products and your country is not listed, please contact us. This helps us reach more markets and ensures a smooth purchasing process.

The delivery time for your order depends on your country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon receiving the product; these are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Prices and invoice totals are expressed in US dollars.
If you pay by credit card, the funds will be converted to US dollars. The exchange rate is determined by your credit card issuer at the time of the charge, or the credit will be applied in the event of a product return.
