How We Process Orders

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. During peak seasons (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), they are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Custom orders may take 3 to 4 weeks to create and ship, as they are pre-ordered and require preparation time.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We use the USPS and offer three shipping options: Economy, Standard, and Priority (your choice).

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can verify it by mail.

Please double-check your name, mailing address, and email address are correct in your account. The order will be sent to the person and address you provided.

International Shipping

Please contact us before placing your order, as we do not ship to all countries. This will ensure a smooth checkout process.

The delivery time for your order depends on your country. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties upon receipt; they are not included in the product or shipping costs. Prices and invoice totals are expressed in US dollars.

If paying by credit card, funds are converted to US currency. The exchange rate is determined by the credit card issuer at the time of charge, or the credit is applied in the case of a product return.
