How We Process Orders
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. During peak seasons (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.), processing may take 2 to 5 business days. Custom orders may take 3 to 4 weeks to create and ship, as they are pre-ordered and require preparation time.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We use USPS and offer three shipping options: Economy, Standard, and Priority — your choice at checkout.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please double-check that your name, mailing address, and email address are correct in your account — the order will be sent to the person and address you provided.
International Shipping
Please contact us before placing your order, as we do not ship to all countries. We are gradually adding more countries — if your country is not listed, please reach out so we can work toward serving you.
Delivery time depends on your country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon receiving the product; these are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
